Intermittent Request Delays Due to Authentication Server Response Issues

Between 13:35 and 13:50 (JST), there was an issue with the authentication server responses.
During this period, requests across the system may have experienced intermittent delays or, in some cases, failed to return a response.
The impact occurred probabilistically and did not affect all requests uniformly.

The issue has since been resolved, and the system is operating normally.
